By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service.
Please note, violation of these terms will result in the cancelation of your commission.

All upfront payments required before commission starts.

I'll work diligently to meet the estimated delivery time.

Commissions are non-refundable without exceptions.

You are responsible for accounting for any applicable taxes.

Prices are negotiable, and we can discuss the details before finalizing the commission.

Please provide all necessary information, including poses, avatar modifications and color schemes, before the commission starts.

No tolerance for mean/rude behavior, leading to expulsion with no refund.

Clients can't modify or redistribute commissioned designs.

If you decide to cancel your commission after I have started working on it, the deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs before I have started, the deposit will be refunded, without the the 30% Roblox tax.

Clients are required to credit me, "Overlowd" for my work whenever it's used.
